• December 20th, 2025 to January 12th, 2026: 5 Nights

• Heated pool: €100 per day (if requested)

Booking and Cancellation Policies

• Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your arrival.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 30+ days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount is non-refundable.
  • 0–30 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay amount is non-refundable.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, the full payment will be non-refundable.

A damage deposit will be required at check-in as a guarantee and will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to the property.
